U.S. based global media and entertainment conglomerate seeks a Senior Online Account Executive of interactive online advertising sales for their Music, TV and Entertainment Group in Chicago, IL.

This $750 million dollar division offers career growth and financial success for an experienced online advertising sales professional who can excel in a resource rich multi platform media and entertainment environment. 

This global industry leader seeks a person who desires a synergistic environment that lends itself towards new business development based on their strength and domination of global music and entertainment markets based on the ability to produce the finest programming available within their genre across multiple media platforms.

Duties

We seek an experienced, intelligent and aggressive interactive sales professional to join a highly dynamic media and entertainment environment.

• Present unique online advertising opportunities that target and develop new and existing national accounts in a high profile entertainment group. 
• Evaluate specific business categories and marketplace trends in order to identify prospective accounts that are seeking a youth oriented, highly desired 18-34 demographic. 
• Work closely with internal "on-air" National Advertising Sales personnel to create opportunities for cross platform advertisers and agencies.
• Sell creatively in an entrepreneurial manner to major national advertisers and their advertising agencies.
• Reports to the National Midwest Director of On-Air and Interactive Advertising Sales. 

Skills

• National interactive on-line advertising sales experience with advertising agencies and clients 
• Strong communication skills to present to major advertising agencies, motion picture studios, electronic, gaming, apparel, beverage, telecommunications and other major national advertisers
• Strong relationships with agencies and national advertising clients that can capitalize on the TV Network’s presentation of special events, award shows, regular programming, unique Internet produced programming and specials
• An entrepreneurial and creative approach to business
• The ability to structure deals and develop strong client relationships as part of one the world's largest media and entertainment companies.
• The ability to accompany polished and professional TV Network sales staff to call on national advertisers and agencies to represent the Network's Interactive Group as a leading 18-34 media and entertainment property 
• Experience with Motion Picture, Manufacturing, Music, Entertainment, National Retail, Food, Beverage, Consumer Package Goods, Electronic, Gaming, Automotive, Apparel and other concentrated Midwest, business verticals, highly desired.
